HoHoHo! Yup, it's the Holiday Season for sure! And Highly Dangerass is getting a real run for it's Money! Wow, kicking off the Christmas Season has been a real kick in the ass this year! 

Between manufacturer's screwing us up by not stocking what they offered a month or 2 ago, and JUST NOW telling me backorders will hopefully be filled in February or possibly Spring! REALLY!?!?!?! 

Ok, I have been playing the roll of Santa's Daughter for many years now, since my father started volunteering his time to bring Christmas Joy to Veterans, and sick hospitalized Children.  I have a spirit that wants to fulfill everyones Christmas Wishes. So far, I have 2 clients I have to break bad news to. They will not be getting their wishes this Christmas. It is breaking my heart, cause I know how important those items were to my clients. I spent weeks and even the last few days searching around the globe for these items. I thought yesterday I had found the YURIKA moment and ordered them at full price just to get them to my clients so no one was disappointed. I even said, lets not tell Chris, and when they get here I will just ship them gift-wrapped and surprise them. NO CHANCE! Thats right, baba humbug! I got an email late this evening telling me those items I just PAID for and thought I had become the hero, were out of stock! Yes, I sit here with head in hands, because I know these people are going to be upset.  And if I can't find those items, I suggest they not waste the tie looking. 'Cause they are just not available. I don't think I have ever felt this disappointed in business before. I have been running business's since before I was a teen in the family business, and I NEVER had to say No to a customer before. Never! I prided myself on this accomplishment. 

So, I am working all night to make sure what I have "In-Stock" will be posted on our website for FAST SHIPPING! and Guaranteed Availability.  Then you need to consider that weather warnings have started! Our shipments are coming out of Oregon to you. Special orders still have to get to Oregon and then out to you. BUT, CHECK OUR IN-HOUSE STOCK!  These Items ship OUT USPS Domestically, and UPS & FedX & Other shipping companies for International Shipping. I have just hired an international shipping company right here in the USA. I send all international orders to them, and they handle ALL International Shipping Needs for our Customers! It's a WIN WIN for everyone! 

I tried so hard not to push sales before December 1st. So my customers wouldn't feel rushed or pushed. Well my friends, This is why it is hard for the little guy to succeed. BUT, I am here to tell you, I have not laid down my sword! I will not give up nor give in! Each lesson learned, is a chance to make us better for the next time. We will continue to strive to be the best, or at least in very good company.  I admire those who have done what i am dreaming of. My hats off to you!

Highly Dangerass has been working hard developing a brand all our own. We have gotten such a Rockin' response from Rockin' Highly Dangerass Customer's, that we wanted to do even more for 

you all! 

We have been having a few issues with time on certain products not being available all of a sudden at the manufacturers. So we have decided to find other options. In the process of changing our Leather department. We began to get some what detailed with our custom products. 

I have decided to introduce our "Custom Highly Dangerass Lining" in every Vest and Jacket, Pantie Line, Dangerass Wear Etc... The COllection is Called "Dangerass Wear" Here is an example of the lining we are offering. If you have an opinion, we would love to hear it! 

We understand Not everyone will be interested in this X rated Lining. You are NOT Obligated to this lining. If you prefer something more subdued? We also have the Black or Brown Options. 

These Jackets and Vests will come with a 24X24 Square Head-wrap with each custom order.

Everything you wanted to know about Miss Highly Dangerass!

Welcome to Highly Dangerass's 1st Blog.                                                                      

Many people's first question to me always is, "where did you get your name from?"      

Well, I have had an interesting life. Hasn't everyone? And I was always known for standing my ground. I never liked being pushed around, or bullied. I got enough of that from Mom. Where do I begin to think I have the tenacity to even think I am "Highly Dangerass"? Well, where do I start? Lets make this short and sweet...At the age of 7, I knew my life would never be normal. I struggled through young childhood as many others have from the begining of time. Somehow at an earlier age I had a passion for art in many ways. I was "Curious" and had an imagination that never ended. But one day my mom got a phone call from my grandpa to come down to the docks of Kearney, N.J. He had sold his checkered cab, and for some reason bought a flower shop. He was panicing because he had a huge order and had no idea how to fill it. So, mom packed me in the car and away we went to solve Grandpa's delema. A week later, he passed away without explaining his reason for selling his Pride and Joy Checkered Cab for a florist! What was he thinking??? Well, not long after the initial shock of grandpa passing, all of us kids were summoned to the dinning-room table. They asked us a serious question that would determine the rest of our lives! Where the 4 of us willing to help mom run the flower shop and help her with the jobs that had to be done in order to put mom in the work force and help the family flourish  Well, we all looked at each other, and I could see that my brothers and I had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, but it sounded better then what we had. And possibly it would make mom happy! hahahaha what? Well, I was going to school, learning how to sweep floors, clean the walk in refrigeration, clean flower buckets, and make net puffs and bows. OMG! What was I thinking? Not to mention, the house chores when we got home after 6PM along with dinner prep, dishes...Get the picture? So, I got real bored real fast, and one day I dropped a huge Catalaya Orchid in a brandy snifter, and it sold for a whopping $25.00! Well, that was more then the 7.50 -15.00 minimum everyone would normally spend. So dad told mom, "Get her a design instructor, and make her a designer!" I learned from a world competitor and the rest was history. I was able to create floral pieces that not only sold for more $$$ but I became the 1st youngest Floral Design Winner of FTD! I knew I was on my way if I got to express my feelings in a creative way and make a difference. I had been going to Commercial Art School and Highschool at the same time I was taking almost full control of the business while mom was ill having her Kidney removed. Grandma and Dad depended on me a lot of the time to help with the house, my 3 younger brothers, and the shop, and school. Needless to say, School got the least of my attention. I had no social life. So my determination to find the fun I was missing, came in the form of cutting school and discovering life as a teenager, before i missed that part of my life as well. I was a rebel, and strong willed. I was determined never to let my mother ever find out the things I was doing behind her back. We clashed since birth her and I. But I will keep my personal feelings about my family private. Since that time, I have been married 2ce, and have 2 grown young men as the best son's a mother could wish for. I am about to become a Grandma for the first time, and probably the last. It's a GIRL! Aurora Jade Lynn Adams, Welcome to the Family! I have been waiting for an angel to repair the threads of what family I have left. I know my Dad would have swelled with Joy to meet you! I have since been through teaching at Mercer County College for Floral and Horticultural Design, studied at Portland Community College for Multi Media and Web Design, And had top honors of designing our diploma in 1974 for my Art School. I have won several awards in my life for design, and have had an amazing time meeting the best people, and having the greatest opportunities in design work anyone could ever ask for. I specialized in Weddings, Funerals, and Parties, but have had amazing unusual once in a lifetime design opportunities that I forgot I was getting old. And one day I started falling down. I had traveled from my east coast roots to the left coast in 2000, and after 911 I started to have episodes of falling and not being able to get up out of the way of the trains, and busses. But, I just thought it was the stress of my life telling me I needed a break. I loved the new florist I was working for downtown Portland in an exclusive high design shop. I had already proven my worth at Christmas with managing 10 teams of Christmas Tree teams decorating offices high and low all over town. So why should Mother's day be any different? hahhahaha My 80 year old boss, came to my work table 2 days before Mothers day and told me I was to go home. And not return for work. She was sorry, but according to her insurance company, I was a "Liability" and needed to be let go. I was devastated after giving my life of over 38 years of excellent service to each and every client I served, and every florist I put my family aside for to make the money I needed so my family could have a decent life...All taken away in one sentence. Your fired! And that was the end of the road for me. However, never giving up before seemed like more of the chalenge then anything. So I found a job after much searching, Intel called me, and said they were interested in my continued customer service that was outstanding and that they would like to meet me. I had not applied for that company, so I was curious. I figured, I never had the desire to work in a closed office, but i would give it a try. Since I had nothing to lose, I had already lost everything....why not? I didn't need the references, but i certainly needed the money! After a year of quality service to the company, I was let go! WHY??? I still have no clue to this day. Seems here in Oregon, the people voted many years ago, that they would hand over ALL CONTROL to corporations and make it legal for them to hire and fire "At Will". WOW! If I was in Nj and that happened back then, i would have ended up owning the corporation  Anyway loosing that job, after 9-11 was no joke. I was alone, sick and not knowing why or what was wrong still...I networked my ass off trying to survive. I begged, I screamed,  I cried, I hunted government officials down till they would talk to me face to face...And I was told...Go to college and get a pell grant and everything else and it will all be fine! WTF? REALLY? So I had no other choice but to listen to and "Trust" the government. Well, since the loan money was always late, I ended up lossing my home. Which trickled into lossing my ability to finish my last semester of school, getting NO diploma, after 4 years of studdying hard and holding a 4.0 avg I was going down hard and fast. This time I saw no hope and things got even rougher. I hung in there though, and someone gave me hope. Became an awesome friend for life. And I will always be grateful for how my friend believed in me and what I could accomplish if given 1/2 a chance. Since then I have managed to help him caretake his Mom till she passed, Care-taking the property, and helping him with the estate contents, and being a friend. I owe him much more then money, I owe him "SUCCESS"! This business opportunity is far more then just a pay back. We are not young any more. But we still have young in us. Bikes are our passion. Ever since I was a young girl, I loved cars, and motorcycles. And learned body work in my spare time as a hobby. Remembering my Uncle Bob's Old Junk Yard, and how I LOVED hunting for Chrome parts, mirrors, etc... And always got ramed by the billy goat. hahaha So this life of mine, has created a few opportunities for someone to tag me calling me, "Highly Dangerass" It finally stuck! It's my na,e, and I'm not letting it go! I was informed by China, that they plan on using my name in China, unless I pay for a lawyer and fight for intelectual property rights! So, I am here to tell you, I AM the Real Deal! The one and only Miss Highly Dangerass, and my friend Dr. Frank N. Swine! Don't be cheated by imitations! I have protected my name in the USA, And Canada, And Norway! .com .net .org .biz .us etc...My budget can not take another rip in the seams and start to unravel. Hopefully maybe next year I can afford a lawyer that can stand up for my rights world wide. I am working towards many goals. Even though I am turning 58 December 1st, I still have a lot of fight in me, and too much Knowledge, and Tenacity to quit now. My health is managed by Dr's here in Oregon and at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP NOR GIVE IN! But I need your help in accomplishing success. We need your sales, support, and loyalty to spread the word! "Highly Dangerass, is in the house!!" YOU ALL ROCK!
